Evolution Gaming has another major partner that can integrate the award winning Live Casino portfolio.
In a press release published earlier on the official website, Evolution announced that it had teamed up with the gaming company Flutter Entertainment, headquartered in Dublin. Under the terms of the agreement between the two world-famous gambling companies, leading brands Flutter Paddy Power and Betfair will begin work with the entire Evolution Live Casino portfolio.
The agreement also includes exclusive games from the Swedish provider of live games, such as:
- Lightning Roulette, which received three prestigious awards in 2018,
- Deal or No Deal Live,
- as well as the international Evolution roulette package.
News of what Evolution calls a “big deal” came weeks after Flutter announced a merger worth £ 10 billion (£ 14.2 billion in debt) with Canadian gambling giant The Stars Group . The deal, which should be completed sometime next year after regulatory approval, will create the world’s largest gambling company with presence in several important markets and a whole arsenal of megabrands, including:
- Paddy Power,
- Sky Betting & Gaming.
Commenting on the latest content agreement, Evolution Commercial Director Sebastian Johannisson said:
This is a landmark agreement for Evolution, a significant deal that we have been working on over the years.
A company spokesman added:
We are excited about the prospect that leading Flutter brands will be featured in our Live Casino offerings. Evolution and Flutter have the same views on ambition and culture.
About this agreement, Paddy Power Commercial Director Mike Phelan said:
We are incredibly pleased to expand our offer in the Live Casino space, offering our players exclusive games with major brands in real time. We have noticed the high performance of the Evolution product line in recent years, which have become the key to the recently concluded deal.
Earlier this month, Evolution announced the expansion of its existing agreement with gaming technology giant Scientific Games. An expanded agreement will allow Evolution to integrate the Live Casino line-up into its partner’s Open Gaming system. The two companies merged for the first time in 2016, and thanks to a number of licensing agreements, they are gaining more and more distribution of Evolution Live Casino content in a number of markets around the world.
US expansion has been one of Evolution’s most important goals in recent years. The company entered the New Jersey online gambling regulated market in August 2018 to mark the debut of its products on American soil. Last month, Evolution announced that it had received a conditional license from an interactive gaming manufacturer in Pennsylvania that allows it to distribute its products to locally licensed online gambling operators.
